Digital Imprint (Devon) have just completed a run of paperbacks for me and what stands out for me is they have a friendly, flexible and professional approach, allied to very reasonable prices. I cannot rate Imprint Digital (and Louise in particular!) highly enough. From my first contact through to delivery of the final high quality product I experienced nothing but first-class customer service and excellent support (on phone and via their online support documents and sample book). I set this project, my client's memoir for his family and friends, in A5 size in Word which was not without it's challenges, but with the friendly, professional, support and advice from Louise, we did it! Value for money is 5 out of 5 without any question. I feel so lucky to have found this company when undertaking my original Google search for a book printer. And my client is absolutely delighted with the end result and is enjoying the family's reaction to his life story.

I came across Imprintdigital.com when looking for a printing company for my small number of poetry booklets. From the outset they were helpful and friendly and always quick to get back to me which was just what I needed as I had never self-published before and hadn't the slightest idea of how to go about things! As a complete novice to self-publishing, I had no idea how to go about the publication of my collection of short stories. In searching for printers who might take on a short print run, I was impressed by the presentation and positive attitude of Imprint Digital. When I contacted them they explained the processes involved; I had not realised that my first step was toward a typesetter rather than a printer. Since Imprint work well with selected typesetters I was able to get the whole project completed in one place with no misunderstandings. In addition both typesetter and printer were helpful and sympathetic, explaining what could and could not be achieved – essential for a beginner whose editor had higher standards than most. It goes without saying (but I insist on saying it anyway) that Imprint do a fine job in producing a very professional-looking result, with both efficiency and kindness, and I could not recommend their services more highly.

Very helpful people that steered me through the process required to produce a hard cover book. I was very naive about the proceedure especially with the cover design but with a lot of help from the team I have just recieved 20 copies and they are exactly what I wanted and just perfect.

I wrote a course and wanted to turn it into a textbook. It was so hard to find a provider that would help me make this a reality for an affordable price and with the more niche format I had. Imprint Digital went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make it all happen. The final product looks great and they even gave me 2 extra copies without an additional charge. Could not be happier!!
